[Feature Request] Separate options for Kart Speed and AI

Right now, there is an option to choose the difficulty of the game, which changes two characteristics at once: kart speed and artificial intelligence.

I don't consider this the best way, therefore I open this topic so we can discuss about.

The thing is, things are not as well separated between speed and intelligence as you seem to think : AIs are a complex piece of work, and everything in it must be tweaked to work together. Letting you control parameters independently is likely to result is AIs so bad they are unusable. So it's not trivial at all to implement what you suggest, and I must say I don't really see the interest of doing so?
