I try to keep the changelog in SVN at http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/redecl ... ngelog.txt reasonably up to date with what's new, but note that it's preliminary, and subject to change though.

I see, nice. What constitutes a new release, Just that I see its using a newer protocol. I see thirdperson is back, looks cool. For some reason 1.3.1 svn on linux had mouse issues, it would kill the cursor at the map voting screen at the end.

Yeah, SVN has its pros and cons. The thing to keep in mind that at any given moment anything could be broken or still being worked on. What is in current SVN is not what we'd call a "new release" yet, it is just at this point the changes we have made make the current build incompatible with v1.3, both when editing maps and when playing online. There will be a new release some time in the first quarter of next year, most likely, after more work as been done.
