Kart Not Affected By Lighting

Kart Not Affected By Lighting

Postby DrPyspy » 23 Nov 2012, 05:03

I was making a kart, so I decided to use a placeholder model I normally use for every first model. I followed the tutorial and it worked, but my kart looks as if it isn't affected by lighting.

Is there anything I missed? I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix it. :<

there was a problem like this a couple weeks ago, I think the answer was to apply the scale and rotation to the kart, to bad I can't find the thread.
Some people are like slinkies... not really good for anything, but you still can't help smiling when you shove them down the stairs.

I wish I knew what it meant by scale and rotation, I mean the model is a good size and it's perfectly straight. Is there some special variable I have to assign? :<

Can you upload the .blend with the texture ? The lighten square on the ground looks very strange.

sorry I wasn't clearer, hit ctrl+A and chose rotation and then scale.
