Introduce yourself

Re: Introduce yourself

Postby weaponx169 » 03 Oct 2012, 15:31

Hello all,
My name is Brian Perry. I am from Casselberry, Florida. I'm working on my game design Master's at Full Sail and am currently working on an open source game using Cafu as my final project to get my degree. The name of the project is called Skyrunner. Its a race/twitch game about an angel delivering messages from God. I think it's going to be pretty fun! I'm also trying to do it using all volunteers so it's a big challenge. If anyone is interested in me sharing my development methods or anything else please message me privately. Wish me luck.

Hi I'm Justglen. I'm living and working in Japan and I have been following the Free Gamer blog for a while now. I decided to join the form so I could be more active then just an observer.

I am interested in opensource stuff in general and I love this site, even though I don't play games much anymore.

Hello everyone,

I'm not a major gamer however, I'm a Debian/OSX user and happens to love SuperTuxKart. I'm an old fart that still loves good indie games. Good to meet you all. Cheers.

Hi, I started the Wolfenstein Enemy Territory: Legacy Project which aims to modernise the Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory while remaining compatible with the 2.60b version.

Besides my own project I play many other open-source games. One of my favourite FOSS games is TripleA (and one day when Java finally drives me mad, I'll rewrite TripleA in C++). I also keep an eye on the OpenMW project.

Hi, are you also into making games? I recommend http://madlab.org.uk/content/manchester-gamejam/ in that case!
