possible reasons for missing texture :

1) one texture is present in 0.7.3 but not SVN or vice-versa so depending on version it works or not
2) there is a case problem. in blender the texture used was e.g. 'Grass.png' but the texture included in the package is 'grass.png'. Then it would work on windows but not on linux

try the latest version from stkaddons.net the problem should be fixed
