[GUI] Movie Menu

A simple, fairly easy to use, movie menu. You can bring it up by pressing M.

Installation instructions: put "moviemenu.cfg" and "autoexec.cfg" in your Red Eclipse personal data folder.
- Windows: My Documents\My Games\Red Eclipse
- OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/redeclipse
- GNU/Linux: ~/.redeclipse
Then run the game and press M to open it.

Thanks for making that. About more options, even there could be simple pattern - approximate guess of size of the final file according to resolution of video and its framerates, per one minute. I didn't test it like that, but could be helpful. And with that.. since you make movie menu, there could be option to change screen mode to 3D and so, I don't remember these commands, but the modes are quite interesting. So in the final version this menu perhaps could be complex menu for recording with additional functions. Keep it up.

In the "Additional Gui" added feature "Movie Recorder". Interesting coincidence: When I had almost finished my it - there was this topic. It is understandable - the need for this for a long time is ripe.

As for video recording at all - the best option to avoid problems with subsidence fps-conversion function is a demo file in the video is not in real time.
