No, a static distribution of STK does not contain the header files you need.

VMware has 3D support for linux guests. STK SVN on VMware Fusion 5.0.1 with openSUSE 12.2:

Download for the AmigaOne X1000: supertuxkart-0.8.1-test-svn14394-altivec-linux-glibc2.13-ppc.tar.gz

Could you test these versions, please?
