How to figure out the legnth of a track from blender

I figured out a simple way to see how long your track is from within blender, so you don't have to race the track to see how long it is.
you take a curve and "fit" it to your track. Add a plane with an array and curve modifier (using that curve), apply them, take the number of faces and divide by 11.5 and that is your length in seconds

accurate to within 5 seconds.

hope it helps,

Some people are like slinkies... not really good for anything, but you still can't help smiling when you shove them down the stairs.

when making this I used the time for beginner mode i am pretty sure, so the times might be off a bit for higher levels.
