Have a great map you would like the world to see?
Well, wrap up a zip file with your map files which must include 5 things:
<map>.cfg
<map>.png
<map>.mpz
<map>.wpt
<map>.txt ---> This is the license and it MUST be included for the map to be uploaded.
It should read something like this:

Once you have done all of this, submit the maps to the gitremp@gmail.com -- I should be able to get the maps up within 48 hours, allowing time for review etc. If the map is incomplete, it is preferred that you withhold your submission until it is complete. However, if you wish to have it added for review, let me know and I will try to work with you.

For a great repository subversion downloading tool on Windows, go to http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html . It is a very straightforward, easy to use program which will help keep you up to date with the latest maps for Red Eclipse.
I am currently on a Windows system, and I am only familiar with subversion software on this OS, if you use Linux and are more familiar with downloading subversions on that system, please shoot an email with a quick rundown to gitremp@gmail.com and I can fill in the details or include it below.
Thanks for your time,
