New challenge type

Here is a new challenge type that can get used wherever. You have to drive through the tires in order in a certain amount of time otherwise you fail. a good thing about this is that no code is needed unless you want to somehow make it better. The track itself needs scenery which I could use suggestions about.I don't quite have the .challenge working yet so right no you can just race the track.

here is the .challenge
to install it, remove the .txt part and move to the challenges folder. this will work for .7.3 but not svn.

It's Good begin work ;) But one bug with karts,(see the third, the last picture)
You should be a Karts required to take the crossing points.
Put water or around the fire ...?

well this challenge is supposed to be for one kart so AI karts wont work for this. I could make it work if needed though
