I think you all know Minecraft [1] and its sound designer, C418 [2]. In his old website-blog (not online anymore, that's a pity), he stated he made a lot of music for different indie games. I'm not sure he would have the time to make music for STK, since he must have a lot of work with Minecraft, the 2-Players production documentary [3] soundtrack, etc, but I'm quite sure some of the tracks he made could be added in STK. I fortuitously played yesterday listening to drood (http://c418.bandcamp.com/track/drood), it was really fun !

The release license is CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 [4] or CC-BY 3.0 [5], depending on the album, so it matches with STK (at least I think).

If I get some positive feedback about C418 and a track in particular I can ask him for using it in STK, just tell me !

Hi,

unfortunately CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 is not an acceptable license for an open-source game, because of the NC and ND clauses; non-modifiable material is not considered free.

CC-BY 3.0 would however be good
