I've found a piece that matches my criteria. I'm just not really sure if this is worth continuing, because it's so... odd.
It's from Schubert's "Der Wanderer an den Mond" ("The hobo (talking) to the moon"), Deutsch 931.
What do you guys think of it?

And Beethoven's fifth (used in fort magma) is not a classical piece?!
asciimonster {l Wrote}:Auria, I just like doing music just for the fun of it. If anybody likes it, that's great. If nobody likes it, no harm done.
asciimonster {l Wrote}:But could you please give me a description of music that is, in your view, "fit for racing", so we don't have to go through all these iterations of "no that's not it". It's not stimulating in the least.
Funto {l Wrote}:Just my two cents on music in STK:
- I personally find the menu music ok, but it quickly becomes boring, and we always hear the beginning of the song, which is a bit violent.
- I think classical music can fit, but rearranged: think of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hg8Fa_EUQqY
