How can a release note ever get outdated? Did a lot of stuff happen on master branch lastly? I’m curious.

The 0.6.0 release is 5 year old, so yes, there was a commit or two added since then... ;)

I don't think it is that old. The post is from December of last year. Wikipedia lists that as the 0.6.0 release date.

You're correct, this is the latest release, so I think there's nothing wrong with keeping it sticky.
