Got most of STK Blender tools to work exept stk_panel.py

Hi, this is Bobby here saying I managed to update most of the scripts that you use to make tracks, karts and arenas to work with Blender 2.79 or higher, only problem is that STK_Panel.py is giving me a fit, it is throwing me 4 or 5 different errors I can't seem to remedy, I even changed the version number to match the version of Blender that I am using, still no dice, here are the error names that I receive, and also the file itself to find out what I am doing wrong, it is export kart, export track, export materials and the SPMs that work, just the panel.py, the one where you add your powerups, nitro,bananas etc to your track with.

I only see 2 files, one named antarctica and another file, they seem to be not ready yet, all I am trying to do is get the stk panel to work.

There shouldn't be any changes needed to the plugins for Blender 2.79. Are you using the directions at https://supertuxkart.net/Installing_Tools#For_3D_art_creation_.28karts.2C_tracks.2C_models.29? Did you make sure that the `stkdata` folder is present?
