Perhaps something like the Hammer Bros from Mario? Fire, Ice, and Boomerang Bros wouldn't be bad either.

Composite snowballs of various sizes. Jump on it, and it splits into multiple snowballs of varying types (normal, smart, captain), more snowballs for bigger ones. That role is kinda already filled by the Snowman, but he's just like a two-hit snowball that's abnormally tall at first.

A Piranha Plant-like enemy that comes out of pipes. I guess there's already an enemy that acts like a Piranha Plant when it's on the ground, but not in pipes. (Side note, I think pipes should be objects, not tiles)

A Flying Snowball that moves back and forth instead of up and down.

1) A snowball-like swimming fish enemy, so Tux won't get lonely when he eventually swims.

2) Walking Rocks + Walking Trampolines, who turn into normal versions (normal rock, normal trampoline) of themselves upon death.

3) A Rolling snowball or spikeball that rolls down hills and stuff.
No.

Jumping flames that act like fish, while still keeping the flame's properties.

A variant of the spider that goes on a ceiling (or maybe a wall) and then bungee jumps towards tux with it's web when tux goes underneath. Frogatto had this working very well but I'm not sure if it ever got used.
Completer of the Ling Ling Workout.

They could break the bigblock.png and block5.png blocks among other things like crates and bonus blocks.

Maybe we could bring back Mr. Rocket (from milestone 2 pre-releases) as an exploding snowshot for any world!
It would explode if hitting a wall or when hitting the ground (when it's falling due to being stomped on)

IDEA: Crabs that walk left and right, and stretch their pincers out when Tux is near them. Tux would have to jump over them to stomp them without getting too close as to get pinched.

(EDIT: I made concept art for it, go here https://forum.freegamedev.net/viewtopic.php?f=67&p=90021#p90021)

springstep: set a path for this bouncing enemy, like straight up, and a delay between jumping
(also, it could be used as a stompable version of jumpy)
it can also be used without a path, where it acts like milestone 1 bouncing snowball
