Two player lacking?

Two player lacking?

Postby dulsi » 05 Apr 2019, 21:00

When putting software on the arcade machine, I found a lack of two player games. Is this something open source is just not focused on? Did I just not look hard enough? I know my projects have lacked two player support. Multiplayer is often accomplished with network player which is great but I think there is something to be said for playing with a friend on the couch. SuperTux had a two player discussion. I think that would be great. This isn't just about the arcade machine either. The local linux group was demoing linux at a STEM event. I had my laptop setup with some games and a PS3 controller. When a kid would walk by I'd hold out the controller and quickly attract their attention but only one kid at a time. It would be nice to have more multiplayer games. Any suggestions for games?
