Per-kart sounds

Hi to all, I'm new with STK, I read that need good "Per-kart sounds". I can try to create these sounds.
Are "Per-kart sounds" the sounds that every single kart emit, right?
Can I try to create these and to do listen to you?

I did these Per-kart sounds listen you and tell me your opinions, for which character use them... I may think heavy sounds could be used, for example, modzilla or the elephant.... I posted many type of heavy engire...

some nice sounds there
Now I'm afraid not all of them will work, some are too high-pitched or low-pitched and are likely to be hard to hear in game (or annoying).

Nonetheless, Heavy3_Engine_large.ogg seems quite good
Where did you get the samples for this? Did you record these sounds on your own?


EDIT: I just tried a few of these sounds in game, unfortunately they don't sound too good in-game IMO

Mmm don't worry, I nevertheless tryed the sound of Heavy3_Engine_large.ogg come from a small piece of http://www.twobros.com/Cust_Service/Sou ... na-TBR.wav (a site that sell moto's accessory and have a sound bank for demo to user), but I change this small piece and applyed so much effects with Audacity that seems totally different! Lightengire sound I recorded by my voice simulating a car XD ahahahah

However I'll try to do other sounds when I can...
