I don't know of any open-source golf games.

It would be quite a neat project actually, OpenGameArt has enough bush/tree models and grass/water/sand textures and good skyboxes to make a decent looking golf course, and one of the open-source engines (like Darkplaces, maybe even Godot) would be adequate.

GolfVR is made with a close source engine (unity3D). But it is a good list.
And I have a Patreon in https://www.patreon.com/migueldedios.

Golfmaster3d appears to contain malware for the .exe (already compiled) version of the game. Aside from that, the graphics appear to be pre-win98 era level stuff :(

I'm not here to ridicule anyone's work, especially since a skilled programmer could probably make that in less than a day. @DGMurdockIII, I'm interested in something similar but wanted to see if I could find or build something with a strong foundation in great graphics. I've built a small golf simulator using an IR sensor and a camera that can measure your swing and report the club head speed, ball speed, direction, and even calculate the spin. I don't have enough game-development experience though to tie the output of my program into a game-simulated shot. I would love to be able to do this though.
