I'll make it wiggly by the IK rig (doesn't seem to be hard), as it's part of the movement/idle animation. Maybe, it'll become longer in case it'll go in 'rings' when not moving. And of course, better scales are needed (found good ones at CC0 Nobiax's textures).

Yep. If it wasn't for that stuff, I'd never started anything like that However, there're still many texturing and rigging boblems to solve before animating anything.
New naga mesh. I like this one better (still lot's of work to do with mesh - face and collar - and texturing). No problems with rigging tail and saving pose this time. Made with aid of MakeHuman.
