New kart: Goblin

New kart: Goblin

Postby ctdabomb » 30 Dec 2012, 00:01

Well, I decided to make my first kart :)
I got the idea from here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=3940 thanks Wuzzy ;)
and it is the goblin kart:
option1.png

option2.png

as you can see in the screenshots, I have two options for the karts themselves. which do people like better?
oh, I forgot to mention, the base character model is from here: http://www.blendswap.com/blends/characters/bogley/ so thanks SteveMacintyre (CC-BY-SA)

I'll vote for the first one, the orange vehicle :D

They are both nice !
This is an amazing character ! Maybe the second one has more details :)
It looks better than some current character as mozilla, elephpant or Hexley

Nice character :)
Is it animated?

I also think the first kart does not have enough details when compared to the character, and maybe I would try making bigger wheels for the second one...

Even if it has currently less details, I think the first looks better.

I am not really happy with either version of the kart part. What sort of style of kart should this have? I was thinking sports car-ish but that doesn't really seem to fit with the style of the game?
