Upcoming Circuit track

Postby machrider14 » 28 Nov 2011, 17:26

As I wait for the working of the Lincity Towers battle arena, I have a new track creation you might be able to work on as well. I made a circuit racecourse that would be better unlike the Racetrack course.

Hi, it's a nice idea, but if you intend to have someone work on it as the towers, I honestly think this will hardly be made... as jpenguin said, there is a shortage of artists for STK, but not a shortage of ideas !

You think the pictures of my ideas are good, well thats good.
I was looking for someone who can do the towers project, even though I can't do it on blender. This project will pause until they finish the Lincity Towers project.

I hope you'll find someone, but I doubt it :( . I fear the only way to be sure it's done is to do it yourself.

Is this because of an OS problem ?

well maybe. I have Windows XP and when I was about to install it, an error message says that it's not a valid Win32 application.

Make sure you downloaded the 32-bits version of blender, and not the 64-bits one

Even on computers with 64bit processpors, most manufacturers install a 32-bit version of Windoze.

I have blender installed with the STK export scriptas, but I have never successfully created a 3D model, it's just not in me :-(

You might be able to get a base model from Google'sn 3D warehouse; I'm sure the moddelers would be happy for their models to be included in STK

http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ ... evstart=12 Might be a good racetrack

http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ ... revstart=0 MKy fav battle track from MK64, maybe we could winter theme it

http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ ... rch&reps=1 ?

AFAIK if your system is 32bits, you can't run 64bits applications, whether your processor is 32 or 26bits.

Correct. It requires a 64-bit OS to run 64-bit software, as well as 64-bit capable hardware.
