I'm in the beta. Works pretty well.
There isn't any FOSS gamer group yet. Worth creating? :)

No, but they do have an indieDB group. In fact multiple indie groups, so I'm a bit confused. Will check it out more in detail later.

edit: Found freegamedev, but it says:
"The group you are trying to view is not available on Desura. If this is your group and it is related to content on Desura, please contact us with the details and we will make it available."
