Very nice, going to check this update out. I am extremely glad for having Yorg around as proper car racing games are something we lack in libre games.

For now my main gripe is still that the camera is so yaggy. I thought that was mainly due to the binary input on a keyboard, but it remains the same when using an analog stick on a controller :(

Instead of following the cars steering with the camera in a somewhat smooth motion, it very abruptly moves the viewport when steering with the car.

I hope that is more understandable.

However it is a bit difficult to find the right amount of camera input smoothing, as too much of it will feel like the input is delayed or is with input lag.

Thanks, now it is a lot clearer to me! Are you talking about the standard camera (the one from the top) or the alternative one (the one from the back)? Thank you!

The standard one, but I guess it is a general issue?

Thinking about it a bit further... other similar commercial games that support single screen multiplayer (non split screen) must have some sort of map specific camera path that only approximatly follows the cars on screen?
