If you start mining a spot with max value, 2147483647 (2^31 -1), it says Our * is nearing depletion.

How to reproduce:

1. Make a map with 2147483647 resource spot
2. Play it
3. Make a worker mine it
4. Our * is nearing depletion!

Thank you! I've set the maximum value to 1 million now, which fixes the issue.
