Release Date: Mar. 11, 2015

- HUD changes and new specialized "Sniping View" for CATs (default key: f)
- CATs now lose any flags they're carrying if they get hit by a repel disc.
- Terminology changes:
  - Damage Buffer -> Shield
  - Damage Damper -> Damage Protection
  - Impulse Damper -> Knockback Protection
- Try to make default game more accessible:
  - Disable friendly fire.
  - Don't restore shooter's health when damaging enemies.
  - Damage and knockback protection always at maximum level
  - Reduce Standard CAT health to 50 but increase shield to 50.
  - CAT's armor now reflects its shield level.
  - Improved hit notifications
- Add mutators:
  - Advanced Shooting: Firing weapons reduces damage protection.
                       Hitting enemies restores damage protection.
  - Advanced Movement: Using etherboard or x-jump reduces knockback protection.
  - V-AMP: Damaging enemies restores health.
  - Advanced: Combination of Advanced Shooting, Advanced Movement and V-AMP
- Weapon changes:
  - RFL1: Reduce recoil.
  - SMG3: Reduce damage.
  - SMG4: By-pass shields.
- Various tweaks and improvements
- Bugfixes

Because development releases show a notice on startup that links to the feedback thread for that version. So I need to create the thread before creating the release :)

Sorry for the lack of feedback lately, but I am on a smartphone only for the time being. I guess we need a TOL release for Ubuntu Touch ;)

However I think the mini map is currently placed very badly as tol has quite a bit of vertical action and thus it blocks the view.

I agree. IMHO, a mini-map should stay in a corner of the screen, and the armor icons should stay near the health icons...
