Torque3d is going fully multiplatform

They guy found a company to sponsor the port to Linux, MacOSX, Android etc. and the resulting ports will become open-source.

I think this is great news for OpenRotC also, even though I am personally more than satisfied with the promised Linux port ;)

Julius, how's the performance of the linux port for you? - It runs a bit slow for me.

Haven't personally tested it to be honest (every MB download here is expensive and slow), are you on an AMD or Nvidia GPU? But I think it is still very much a work in progress and my impression is that Torque3D could need some optimizations in general, not only the OpenGL port.
