Please fill out this form and send it per e-mail to mg@wasted.ch (subject: IndieGoGo backer form). Make sure you send it from the same e-mail address you used to donate to the IndieGoGo campaign. Also note that it doesn't matter what perk you picked when you donated, you can freely re-configure your perks based on the amount you contributed.

I don't know how many people are actually interested
in this part of the perk. If nobody's interested
it will make it a lot easier for other developers
to contribute code to version 1.0.
If you have no clue what this is about, just
put "no" here :-)

If you donated $25 or more...
The initial actual budget of the project is $1492.48 USD
(that's what's left of the donated $1697 after IndieGoGo
and PayPal took their bite out of it). Some backers
have raised the issue that the cost of sending chocolate
all over the world might take a sizeable chunk out of
the budget, so I've tried to come up with ways to reduce
the cost. The biggest problem is that the chocolate bar
weighs 100g. If the weight of the envelope could by kept
under 100g it would slice shipping cost in half.
Option 0
Send me nothing at all.
Option 1
Send me an e-mail with a picture of the chocolate bar :-)
Option 2
Send me the postcard and the complete chocolate bar.
Option 3
Send me the postcard but substitute the chocolate bar
with a different random chocolate to keep the weight
under 100g.
I recommend picking option 3. It deprives nobody of
chocolate, reduces shipping cost significantly and
even has the benefit that the kind of chocolate
you'll receive will be a surprise.
