Tutorial Video 1:

I made a small Video how you can Setup the Project for
initial Editing or Adding new Code or Assets like Models or Textures.

The steps in Short again:

More Videos are planed. This is just the First Video.

If something in the Code is not Working or Classes missing it is propably because I change something at the Jadex-3d-Support or someone else at the BDIv3-Kernel.

You have to Force Eclipse then to update the Maven Dependencies:

Right click on the Root-Project folder (Jadex-Agentkeeper) and then Maven -> Update Project.

You see this Window - Probably with other Projects then I have. (just make sure the Jadex-Agentkeeper Project is marked....):

Force Updates

You have then mark the "Force Update of Snapshots/Releases". And click OK. Then wait 2-3 Min.....and everything should work fine again... :)

Tutorial Video 2:

In This Video I show you how you comfortable Edit Assets inside the JMonkey SDK and then show it directly inside the Game.

In this short and easy example we just make the goblin more colorful :)

The steps in Short again:
  • Download and Install the JMonkey SDK : Download Link
  • Let the SDK automatically Update
  • Load the Assets from the Eclipse Project as Asset Folder inside the SDK: File -> Import Project -> External Project Assets
  • Choose the Folder where you load the Project over SVN in the Field "Project Folder"
  • Type "assets" in the Filed "Asset Folder"
  • Thats it! Ready for Editing. Edit what you want and show the result in the Game like shown in the Video.

I hope I dont confuse you all ^^ I go to fast over some Steps maybe. Especially how this all works together. But trust me I will explain everything in detail, either here somewhere or more Videos :) Its not that complicated, trust me ;)
