Well I never use that view of repo.
Generally I prefer this view:
https://github.com/stuntrally/tracks/commits/master
it shows exactly what happened lately with tracks.
(and this is for main SR repo (code+data) https://github.com/stuntrally/stuntrally/commits/master)

It's a repo, a commit can span across tracks (directories), eg. I sometimes include some minor change to other track while pushing another track, or just do something that improves few tracks at once, etc.
Anyway if you click on the commit you'll see exactly what changed

and in A4 just road texture tiling (tcMul) was decreased (nothing special to make a whole commit about).
