New Stunt Rally logo track

It's been too long. Was actually Ed's fault
Editor recently can have many roads, and not looped too (also rivers/waterfalls this way).
So this is actually a track: TestC12-SR, and mostly drivable too, in all letters except 2nd L which is a river.
It could be a demo of editor since everything is here: jumps, loops, pipes, fluids, particles etc.
But it is excessive, there is way too much on one track.
