Can anyone allow me?

Is it possible to find somewhere the .po files? For me it would be easier.

Currently I'm working on xml, but I don't understand what some lines mean.

Yes I see it is still possible to download .po file
https://www.transifex.com/stuntrally/stuntrally/srpot/
then click Spanish and Download file to translate.
After you can Upload your translations there too.
