Installation instructions: extract the .zip file and put the directory in:
- Windows: %APPDATA%\stuntrally\data\tracks
- GNU/Linux: ~/.local/share/games/stuntrally/data/tracks

Quite nice and fun track. Short but cool.
Not very appealing terrain nor vegetation, yeah its also winter.
If I find some time I shall deal with that and then will be in 2.4.
Like I've put here, road is very separated from terrain:

I'd align some road parts to be on terrain and deform with some noise to look cooler.
