C5-Obstacles [in 2.2]

For this track (in Obstacles) you need new objects (in pipeObstacles)
but you also need the new objects_static.mat file because it uses the gas_tank material i added here:
so you also need the textures named gas_tank and gas_tank_norm from here

Greatly done! I love this track. And I always appreciate full-pipe tracks because Stunt Rally has still way too few pipe tracks.

This track is totally going into Stunt Rally.

Techical problems:
- The checkpoints at track segments 58 and 50 collide, causing the annoying “wrong checkpoint” message. There may be more collisions.
- According to CryHam, the checkpoints in pipes (of any size) only need to have a size of 1.7, not 2.0.
- The preview image is missing
- The description does not fit the track
- The start position does not cover the entire pipe, so it is possible to miss it.

i forgot to add the image and the description.
i was't sure about the right checkpoint size.
i also found out, that i sometimes get a warning when i have a checkpoint with a size of 1 on a bridge.
then i made the checkpoint smaller and back to size 1 and the warning wasn't there anymore.
i think that this has to do, that the size of the checkpoint was not exactly 1, but something like 9,9.
i never had a wrong checkpoint message when i tested the track.

This is a very good track. Quite original and cool use of objects.
Probably nothing to improve.
Will be in next ver. Hmm. Is it canyon scenery ? Then C5-Obstacles.

Is on master now.
I did only small changes.
fixed checkpoints (no surprise, totally wrong :P, and even on crossings), start pos y and height
added slight height fog
recolored road, so yellow is for circular turns, and
made orange pipe in those 2 places where road column goes inside (that was on purpose right ?) since those are rather surprisingly dangerous turns.
and ofc, added track descr. and preview
