i get a tooltip from the material-selection when not in menu.

how to reproduce:

1: start editor and open menu
2: go to layers-tab
3: click on the material-selection area where you can choose between materials
4: don't choose a material, let the additional (what comes out when you click on it) area open
5: close the menu
go with the mouse a bit down, where the additional part normally is in the menu

ok should be fixed.
