Some bugs with objects

today i noticed some bugs with objects

when objects are in the white "box" (that shows that something is selected) of an other object, the inner objects aren't selectable normal.

sometimes objects won't select when trying to select the object with the mouse-wheel.
I see this because an other object gets selected and after a while it gets selected again (but the object i wanted to be selected won't select)

when i place dynamic objects on the ground, they got stuck in the terrain.
Sometimes when i start simulation, an object falls out of the terrain (it is under terrain!)

Hmm, this is version 2.1 ?
Does the mouse wheel increase current number by 2 ? (should by 1, I noticed this bug only recently, not sure if it was in 2.1).
I did change few things in objects. But yeah there is an issue with picking, because it works only for bounding box, and it will pick only bigger and closer objects.
RMB moves dynamic object position up/down before placing (in moving mode, key 1). You can always pick it and move up after too.
Generally its good when objects (before export) have center on bottom (of eg. barrel) not in middle but IDK, I was thinking how to make this automatic.

i think that the "how to make objects" - page needs rewrite, it is a bit old and the blender version used there isn't the newest anymore.

i don't know if i am so good now at adding object

but i can post here ideas what the new page should contain

for example there are some differences with the physics-settings in the panel
you also have two "objects" for a dynamic object now (like in fuel_can.blend)
there should be information about naming (name of the blend-file, the objects and meshes, textures)

the next thing is, that the download link of the ogre command line tools is for windows (there also should be instructions for linux)

the info "keep it low poly" isn't so helpful, there should be something that says you a good poly-count.

also information about the size (how many blender-units equals road width)

and don't forget that you need a material in your blend-file named like the material the .mat - file.

applying scale and rotation (for the right scale)

there could also be a "problem-solving" area

for example:

"why does normalmap not work in my object"
"why is scale and/or rotation not right"
"why can't see material"
