I don't know if this is a bug in the editor.
Sometimes when i add road-segments the first checkpoint with the (1) goes away.
then i get the warning that the first checkpoint is missing and i have to assign it again.
the checkpoint is still there but there isn't (1) anymore.

the same happens when i delete a segment.

i think that it happens when i add a copied or delete a segment that has a checkpoint.

Yeah is a bug. (1) disappears when the count of segments changes. I.e. when adding new or deleting or pasting segments.

do you know why it sometimes happens and sometimes not.

i found out that it isn't if there is a checkpoint on the road, where i add road or where i delete it

It depends on if you add/delete/insert before the check with (1) or after. If after it won't.
Yeah I'm gonna try fixing it.

Fixed, should work now.
