Sometimes when i go edit online, and someone enter the server, i do a /sendmap, and for some reason it don't work( the filename changes to saving world or something like that) and the person can't see the map itself, or then the /getmap command don't work at all, or it just stays at the loading screen stuck forever.

Are you, the other client, or the server itself using an SVN build? There's a couple upstream protocol differences, namely in editing, so that could be it.

From what i remember no one there was using a SVN build.
