Is there a way to edit the FOV ?

I tried to play on my Surround display but the top & bottom of the picture are heavily cut-off. Apparently RE has a fixed horizontal FOV so the wider your screen, the less you see in-game... I'm sure there's a way to fiddle with the FOV and fix this.

/firstpersonfov N .. where N is the field of view in degrees.

[n00b alert] Okay... Is this a console command, or sth I can add to a config file ?

Reply to meself: it's a console command, but like other vars any change will stick.
Default value: 100 (I think)
Range: 90-150.
