Servers not showing up?

Servers not showing up?

Postby Donut Napkin » 16 Feb 2013, 00:13

I recently moved to a new computer to play RE, but when I -Play Online- no servers show up.
Any suggestions? I tried refreshing, re-installing RE, but nothing works.

Try going to http://play.redeclipse.net:28800/list, if you get no output you are either banned for some reason, or there is a problem with internet routing in your location at the moment.

Hm. I'm not really sure what you mean by output, or what that link is supposed to be (all I got was a list of IP's). Do you mind explaining?

These are IP's from servers you should see ingame then. Do you have a firewall or antivirus, put any restrictions on your router? Check settings from all of these (until you get better help:) )

If you see that list then the master server is working correctly for you, which means the problem is probably your firewall, router, or ISP.
