You can get the benchmark GUI here.
For best results, disable compositing/desktop effects and use fullscreen.

Please state your hardware when posting:
On Windows: press Windows+R then type in "dxdiag" without the quotes. Generate a report, save it anywhere, then paste it on a site like this one.
On Linux: use something like the Phoronix Test Suite with the "system-info" argument. Copy the output of "phoronix-test-suite system-info" (Ctrl+Shift+C), then paste it on a site like this one.)

Please also state your graphic settings and resolution when posting (you can make a screenshot of your "options" menu and upload/attach it if you want).
Feel free to use the post below as a template for your post.

Software:
OS: Ubuntu 12.10, Kernel: 3.5.0-22-generic (x86_64), Desktop: Xfce 4.10, Display Server: X Server 1.13.0, Display Driver: NVIDIA 313.18, OpenGL: 4.3.0 NVIDIA 313.18, Compiler: GCC 4.7, File-System: ext4, Screen Resolution: 1920x1080

With all options checked, 16× anti-aliasing, 16× anisotropic filtering and 1920×1080 resolution:

$ phoronix-test-suite system-info

Phoronix Test Suite v4.0.1
System Information

Hardware:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 Cores), Motherboard: FUJITSU SIEMENS MS-7379VP v4.0, Memory: 2048MB, Disk: 500GB Western Digital WD5000AAKS-0, Graphics: Gallium 0.4 on NVCF 1024MB (405/324MHz), Monitor: MRIDTL632V200

Software:
OS: Gentoo Base 2.1, Kernel: 3.6.11-gentoo-gnu-thelastproject-9 (x86_64), Display Server: X Server 1.13.1, Display Driver: nouveau 1.0.4, OpenGL: 2.1 Mesa 9.0.1 Gallium 0.4, Compiler: GCC 4.6.3 + LLVM 3.1, File-System: ext4, Screen Resolution: 1024x768

(Note: Phoronix Test Suite is apparently somewhat broken, as it gives the wrong resolution info. The actual resolution is 1360x768)

With all options enabled, and on the highest quality, on a 1360 x 768 resolution, with 16x anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering:

Benchmark #1:
Reported every 10 seconds: 68 72 68 35 53 46
Average: 57.0

Benchmark #2:
Reported every 10 seconds: 31 52 62 64 58 64
Average: 55.16667
Hats, Afros, wings and raptor feet. This game is showing progress indeed.
