Which license is this map under? On the quad it's up as CC-BY-3.0, is that what one should go by?

Would you mind if I added a brief erosion.txt with your author and licensing info? If so, would you want to be listed as something other than "greaserpirate", and do you want an e-mail listed in there?

Wow, this is awesome! :D I've always regretted that I'm kind of an outsider, since I haven't been recruited into any clans or been asked to help with development projects, so it really means a lot to me to have one of my maps included as part of the game. Thanks a million, Quin. :)

By the way, what should I do to maintain updates from SVN? I'm still using vanilla RE, do I need to update, and will I still be able to play on 1.3 servers?

Most of my content is CC-BY, so you can do whatever you want with it. My real name is Matt Kalt; I think it's on my profile along with my email (which I'm a bit hesitant about posting online because of spambots). I don't really have a 'professional' email though, but you can use it if you want.

I just recent realised there's a way that the current rush gates can break the game. So instead of having the entrance in the base where players can use them right after getting the flag, I moved them to the edge of the walls on the sides. It still cuts a lot of time off getting from one side to the other, but flagrunners would still have to go a fairly long distance into open terrain where they'd be vulnerable.

By the way, is there a way for me to update this on the repository, or do you need special privileges?

Yes, you need specific permissions to commit to the SVN repository, me or Quin can add it for you if think it's good to go in.

Take note to try to incorporate any changes that are done in SVN as well, if possible: I noticed Quin had added map{author,music,title} in the CFG file, which you don't have in the 1.5 release (should preferably be set in the MPZ file, even)

To check what changes (if any) has been done for a map in SVN, it can be convenient to use viewvcs:

Ohh, ok. I was a bit confused as to what "maintaining further updates from the SVN branch," meant.

The bases might seem confusing at first but both paths (ramp up or path down to jumppad) get you to the goal. Use /radarstyle 3 if you if you need it, but it's really easy to remember the layout once you've played it a few times.

I agree with you...

I have played on that map for some minutes and I start to like it. And the map is not that big though, but the tunnels are.

You mean old Suspended or new Suspended? There's a straight path from one side to the other for all the landlubbers too seasick to take the parkour paths in new Suspended.

After Sniper-Goth showed me how you can get outisde the clip (something I never thought possible!) I've fixed up those issues, and added some extra visual stuff: borders and the tops of outside areas mainly.
