Hulk,
By looking at the image, I believe screen up 45 degrees means looking up such that you jump over the platform with the instructions on it. Put differently, it is changing your pitch to facilitate your jump over the obstacle.

Alternatively, it could be "look up" since everyone who's literate should know what that is and understand it immediately.
