put all files to the following folder:
in Windows: Username\My Documents\My Games\Red Eclipse
in Mac OS:/Users/<name>/Library/Application Support/redeclipse
in Linux: ~/.redeclipse
put the sound folder into: C:\Program Files\Red Eclipse\data
