Duel changes

I am a big fan of duel here in RE. While dueling here might not be as strategic as in other, more traditional shooters, it still needs as much attention here.
I find that our current duel mutator, with it's resets every round, makes gameplay very disjointed and takes up a lot of extra time on common maps such as ghost and dutility.
I have spoken with alot of people, and many prefer no resets. However, on more open maps, such as wet or echo, it is possible to spawn camp, and then the resets are a valuable asset to the game. Our spawn system is quite good, and this is only possible a number of times on certain maps, though.
So, I propose duel be made it's own mode, and the resets into a mutator. Other available muts would be insta, medieval, arena, coop, expert, jetpack, and vampire/resize.
