Simply put, what is the most fun thing you play in Red Eclipse?

My favourites (it's too hard to pick one!):
  • duel (occasionally with arena) on the map panic
  • m-a-j-r (multi, arena, jetpack, return) capture-the-flag on the map depot
  • bomber-ball (maybe with onslaught to jazz things up) on the map futuresport
  • Most things multi capture-the-flag or multi-return capture-the-flag-related on the map deadsimple (not that great without multi)
  • Still waiting for the perfect king map that doesn't cause a clusterfuck :eew:. Maybe flags can move around during the game, like in *cough*Halo*cough*?

glad to see another person likes panic; -al said a couple weeks ago he knew for sure whether I was ingame or not by whether someone voted for it :)

Favourites:
d-a on panic
i-dm on echo
t-a-s (clan arena) on Cargo
i-tdm on Mist
i-dm on Processing (top 3)
tdm on Pumpstation
a-dm on Error (top 3)
a-dm on Conflict
mt-a-dm on Keystone2k
a-ctf on Warp

(Abbreviations: d=duel a=arena i=insta t=team s=survivor m= medieval mt=multi)

I don't really like that many large maps, since they are so slow without a large number of people on them. AND I'm so sick of ghost and dutility being played over and over :(

My most fun thing is:
Variation.

No, really, I'm fine with pretty much any map and mutator setup, as long as I don't have to play the same thing all day long.

Geeeeezus, ballist1c! Can't make your mind up mate. ;)

Also, a couple more I really enjoy have been added to the OP, wonder how I didn't think of them now.

Instagib Bomberball on any large map is the only thing I can have fun with for hours on end.
Otherwise I have to say: variety is the spice of (videogame) death!
