I could make a cool looking bracket image. I know enough about photo editing that when I really want something to look good I don't do a bad job. As for server hosting and such, run it like the original. Password protected server that only the tourney players can get on. If anything the original rules could just be copy-pasted from the original thread. Half the work is already done, then, because nobody has to make up the tourney rules. It wasn't broken then, so, no need to fix it, now.
