Translating Red Eclipse

No, there is no code for it yet, but I decided to just check around who would be available for and willing to translate Red Eclipse into other languages. Even if someone already said he can do a language, don't hesitate to recommend yourself because if it takes long until a the code for this is in Red Eclipse it can be possible that that person isn't available anymore. Recommending yourself does not mean you will HAVE to translate Red Eclipse when the time comes, though everybody would obviously appreciate it if you would at least consider it then when you have time. A simple "I can translate RE into [language]" as a reply will do. Please make sure to only recommend yourself for languages you speak fluently as low-quality translations won't help anyone.

List of languages and possible translators (I'll be updating this as people reply):
Native:
Dutch: TheLastProject, Ulukai
Flemisch: Ulukai
French: Khaos
German: riidom
Polish: pk1001100011, Fallen
Swedish: arand

Not native:
German: TheLastProject, John_III

I could do a German translation, but the native speakers on here are more qualified than I am.

Looks cool, but I'm not sure if we really "need" it. It would definitely be helpful to see the progress of everyone and making sure nothing gets translated twice but where would we get such a system and who would set it up?
Edit: Seems they are fine with hosting other projects there so it should be much of a problem: http://www.rigsofrods.com/translate/. Our own system would be nicer though, you never know what may happen to them.

It's my native language.

Edit.
There's something called GlotPress: http://blog.glotpress.org/
There you can see how it works: http://translate.wordpress.com/

Updated. GlotPress looks interesting as well, albeit less graphically pleasing but looks aren't important :P

I can help with german translation.

About the tools: Is there a way to discuss translations-in-progress?
It's easy to do it bad, especially because there are many terms that are not so easy to translate.
But since we have international forums here, these might make a good place for showing suggestions/asking for alternatives etc.

I expect you're a native speaker?
