Is there an autobuild or tortoise svn I can use for Sauerbraten? Also, does anyone know when the new version is coming out?

1) Well, you can check out the SVN repository and only update when a new version comes out.
2) The next release will have different ones. Other than that, maybe try looking around on Quadropolis.
