[Help] Lowest settings?

Hey guys, how you been?

I have a problem here. My game goes around 19-13 fps when I "playing" and it is 30-20 fps when the place is "calm".

What is the lowest settings?

Also, there is anything wrong with my PC? I'm using Windows Vista Starter and I'm playing Halo CE without any problems, but redeclipse is just slowing down.

This is something you really have to play around with..I usually go in to servers every now and again to see what I like playing with but in your case, what you want to do is when you get to the "Graphics" settings, everything that is Green is what you want to have selected. The yellows are medium and the reds are for higher end systems that can run this game optimally. If you can switch an option off (none selected for a particular attribute) then I would suggest leaving it off.
