Can anybody help with port values?

First of all idk exactly why but i've got 2 ports open for red eclipse-server:
Red Eclipse Server - Connections
Red Eclipse Server - Queries

Because your router interface differs from mine I have to guess what you've to input:

Red Eclipse Server - Connections
Protocol: UDP
Port Range [1]: 28801
Port Range [2]: (empty)
Translate To [1]: 28801
Translate To [2]: (empty)
Trigger Protocol*: UDP
Trigger Port: (empty)

*is there an option "any" or "none"? Try&Error

Same for
Red Eclipse Server - Queries
with Port: 28802

Your router page looks very convoluted *_*
I would follow what kriegsgott gave you, but instead of making two separate entries, just make use of the port range. For the first box, use 28801, and for the second use 28802. It will forward both.
I have no idea what the rest of what the router is asking for...however, try portforward.com
They have a gigantic database of routers, with step-by-step instructions for forwarding ports for each. I'm sure you'll be able to find yours :)
